Celebrated 25 years on the Conquest

Sail Date: April 2009
Destination: Western Caribbean
Embarkation: Galveston

Husband and I just celebrated 25 years of marriage on the Carnival Conquest.  We sailed the week that "Swine Flu" became the news.  All though we did not get to visit Cozumel we still enjoyed the cruise.  This was our second voyage on the Conquest and both were great experiences for us.

The BlackJack Band has become a favorite memory of our cruises.  Jimmy, Mel and the gang were wonderfully entertaining and fun to visit with.  Jimmy along with his other band members stepped up and filled a void when we were unable to pick up the entertainer from Cozumel.  They put on a wonderful show (2 in fact) and then went on to do 3 plus sets that night in the Casino lounge.  It was the place to be.

Our servers and stewards were wonderful.  Very kind and considerate of all of our needs and wants.

Thanks Carnival for helping us make our anniversary extra special.  Can't wait until we sail again Less

We had an inside cabin. We love them - dark and great for sleeping. We don't stay in our room long so we don't need all the other 'frills'.
