Our family of 5 really enjoyed this cruise. We had classic dining (8:30) and pre booked North Star, Spectras cabaret, and the Gift before the cruise. We weren't able to book IFly or puzzle break ahead of time but easily did it as soon as we boarded through the Royal IQ app ( you could also line up in the theatre once on board to book activities/shows. We boarded early around 11:15 and had lunch in Windjammer then several times on bumper cars and then Flow Rider. During the cruise we also enjoyed the rock climbing wall and circus school (this was offered 3 times during the cruise and was very popular so if you really want to do it line up 1/2 hr before scheduled time).

We thought the entertainment on board was excellent, and really varied so there is something for everyone. We especially loved We Will Rock You, Tribute to Billy Joel, and the comedian.

We were happy with the food both in the dining rooms and in the Windjammer, unlike other reports we never had trouble finding a seat as we always headed towards the back of the ship. Dining room staff were friendly and efficient. We did eat one night in the Solarium Bistro and thought it was just okay. We particularly liked the restaurant Silk and especially enjoyed the appetizers here pork tacos, Tom Yum soup and spring rolls. The duck and hibachi beef entrees were also very good. Of note we usually find coffee on cruise ships very poor but felt that the free coffee on board was excellent.
