Traveled with children

First of all the single bad issue (all aimed at back office)

I booked this cruise for myself, my partner and our 17 and 14 year old children. It was our first cruise and I was glad to see the offer I booked included a classic drinks package for the adults and a classic non alcoholic packed for the 3rd and 4th cabin occupants.

This was very important to us as it meant the children wouldn't be tied to us too much and could do their own thing. However, the drinks package for the childrens sea passes did not materialise and when I raised this onboard I was flatly told the offer did not include them, I had made a mistake and that the cost would be an additional $22 per day per child ($528 total) if I wanted the drinks package for them. I was asked for evidence which I could not produce as it was the website offer terms and conditions given at the time (and still given) which I didn't print out when I made the booking. Immensely frustrating.

Cabin Review

Cabin 2B

There were four of us in the one cabin and we managed well. Compact but comfortable, clean and well laid out

Port Reviews

Copenhagen

Had a very pleasant waterfront walk in the City

Stockholm

Walked into the city again. Probably a bit over one mile and slightly blighted by demolition/road works (Aug 2016). However lots of nice shops and cafes (with free WiFi) and interesting parks. The sea approaches were wonderful, tiny island after tiny island with wonderful houses and the channel comes in very close
