We really enjoyed our cruise and especially loved the ports. As a family of 4 with 2 teens; there was something for all of us. The ship itself was clean and tastefully decorated. The common areas all seemed to be in good condition although our room was showing some wear and tear. We enjoyed the entertainment most nights; singers, dancers and even a bmx bike rider one night. The cruise director very entertaining and all of the crew seemed very friendly; they all would say hi' when they walked by. Our room was not clean when we arrive (needed dusting, vacuuming and sheets without holes in them), but this was dealt with quickly. The staff seemed to really care, and gave us a bottle of wine for our trouble.

The breakfast/lunch in the Windjammer was great. Lots options and very fresh. Dinner was just good, not great. You had to pay extra for crab, lobster or any specialty items. The waiters were super, though. In my opinion, there are too many restaurants on the ship that you have to pay for. The Mexican restaurant looked good, but was extra; I rarely saw anyone in there.

Great gym!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Our cabin;7598, was a balcony superior suite, but was tiny for the 4 of us, and shouldn't have been an option for us. I assumed we would have a queen bed, sofa and twin pull down, but in actuality we had a chair, not a sofa and when this was pulled out there was no place to put the desk chair. It got stuffed between the queen bed and the balcony curtain. I could not get out of bed on that side. The pull down twin was over our queen bed. I cant tell you how many times we hit our heads on this. We tried to change rooms but everything was sold out.

We would definitley book RC again; ( we just would make sure our room was bigger for us all or book 2 rooms, as many did).
