We live in Florida and chose Tampa as the easiest port for us to get to (4 hour drive). The cruise was good, ports in Western Caribbean a bit new and undeveloped but the overall experience on the ship more than made up for the raw ports. Service on HAL exceeds anything we've experienced on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian or Carnival. We chose a Neptune suite 7065 starboard midships adjacent to the Neptune Lounge. Ah, what a delight the Neptune Lounge is. 7am to 9pm Concierge service for almost any need you have or request you can think of. Need a razor? Need change for a $20? Want to make reservations? Just ask. Staff attitude was marvelous, the food was good and overall experience absolutely exceptional. We were so impressed, we booked our next cruise on Oosterdam for December 2016 - just after hurricane season ends. The ship was due for refurbishment following our cruise but it didn't look like it needed it. Now that it's been refurbished, we can't wait to see what they've done with it. And if you haven't tried a Neptune Suite yet -- do youself a favor and go for it. The cost is well worth it!

Cabin Review

Neptune Deluxe Verandah Suite

Cabin SA

We absolutely loved our cabin. Very comfortable, roomy and met every need we had. Location adjacent to the Neptune Lounge was a real plus for that early morning Cappuccino.
