Just brilliant, the staff, the ship, the entertainment , people that say the ship is dirty l don't think they were on the Allure, I'm in hospitality myself so do notice these things, this was our first cruise and we just loved everything about it, yes the ship is huge but apart from queues sometimes for the lifts we didn't feel crowded , I suffer from sea sickness but I didn't once feel sick or feel the ship move it was just so smooth, we had a balcony room on the 14th floor supposedly under the disco, never heard a thing, The food was lovely, restaurant staff couldn't do enough for you, the shows were just brilliant, Tim the cruise director was brilliant he never stopped, we had the full drinks package which if you like a gin or cocktail I would recommend, we did a shore excursion in Mexico which we made a great time, well organised and very professional. We are already looking to book again next year.
