We enjoyed the smaller ship Empress of the Seas. We experienced first class service in the dining room. The entertainment was top notch. We loved the the vantriliquist...infact we saw both of his shows. We also were impressed by the dancers, the choreographing and the beautiful costumes. Also, the comedian was very funny. On our excursion we signed up to swim with the Sting rays.This was an exciting adventure and something we have never experienced. The guides were very professional and made us feel safe during our time in the beatiful Grand Cayman clear blue water.

We would absolutly book another cruise on the Empress of the Seas.
