Trip from NYC to Bermuda - Much too crowded, takes almost 3 days to arrive & half the time to return. Reservation systems sucks, dropped off everything we thought we had in the bag (restaurants, shows, etc., before boarding). Towels were soiled, couple we travelled with had ants in their bed. Food is extremely salty and alcoholic drinks very weak. They have the nerve to charge $5.50 for a bottle of water and $5.00 for a Cappuccino. Pool was so crowed that we never even attempted to get in. Disembarking was a nightmare. TAKEAWAY - Use another cruise line that caters to a smaller number of guests so you don't feel like herded sheep! ALSO - Beware of the $13.50 per person per day service charge that will appear on your credit card of record after the fact. My suggestion is to dispute it and they will reverse the charges, since it's a little game they play. Matter of fact, they even have a link to obtain the refund through, since they obviously must get a lot of these requests. Makes you wonder? New onboard management team is poor at best. Not impressed, may never want to cruise again.
