I was traveling with a friend whose group was celebrating a family reunion so I had no choice in the cruise line. The service on the ship was very good. The food lines could have been a bit shorter but not unbearable. The food in the dining room was good and the staff was attentive and incredible accommodating. The Spa was awesome.The cabin crew was exceptional. However the rates for this cruise line must be the cheapest around because I saw so many unsavory characters walking the halls and at times I was actually concerned for my safety. There were unsupervised kids running around at all times of night. The dress code was not enforced and women walking around the buffet area in bathing suits half naked. i would rather pay more money and avoid being in a situation surrounded by people who behaved like they were on a street corner somewhere. Carnival can't control the kind of people who book their cruises but I certainly won't be one of them.
