My husband worked long and hard to see that we had the best experience on this Alaska cruise...and it was wonderful. I thought I would share some things that might help other travelers.

We flew from LAX to Seattle...baggage claim a long way from gate....so think about those carry-ons....the baggage claims was a bit of a mess with several planes' baggage in with the Alaska baggage ( or so the fellow told us) and our baggage had been taken off the belt by the time I found it...PACK LIGHT I didn't and it was a pain.

We intended to uber to the ship. So we had a baggage carrier take our bags...up to the fourth floor on the elevator (across to the garage) and then down to floor 3 for the transportation...he left us at the Uber spot...beware wifi very sketchy there and we had to lug baggage back a little bit to the shuttles. Shuttles Express $22 each a good deal at that time....
