Buffet food was almost uneatable. Breakfast was by fare the worst. Food in main dinning was not much better. In fact the soups were cold, bread was hard and general taste of the main course just not what you would expect.. The coffee was nothing for than black colored water. We tried the new restaurant called Share. Very nice. Food and service was very good. Same with the Crown Grill. We ate there for dinner twice and had breakfast there a number of time as well. Food is great and so is the service. I was not happy with the general service on the ship. In many case the staff was just plain rude. Almost going out of their way to ignore you. The room stewards and waiter staff are good though. Very pleasant. It's the one running the ship that need to be reminded that the customer satisfaction is something they are responsible for. Ship itself is nice however, The staff needs to spend some time looking things over. Dirty floors in the public bathrooms, cups and plates being left out all night in the public areas, Certain doors to the utility rooms left open exposing rusty pipes or insulation that has fallen. Just doesn't look nice and one might think that the rust color is really sewage. Casino staff not very friendly. Embarkation and disembarkation was good. Liked our cabin. It was a suite with all the amenities.
