poor service, poor entertainment, unhappy crew, hostel customer service, bad network, tv dinner style taste in the food, meats where cuts below anything I buy in a store and generally room temp when served.
no news from outside world in spite of diverting from hurricane. Most staff seemed more like slaves with few exceptions, many food stations where vacant ie meat carving, drink servers etc. Customer service was hostile when approached. Slow or no response frequently. On shore excursion ended up in the Bahamas to be a shipped owned island where everything as owned and setup by the ship. Not sure how you count this as being in the Bahamas as opposed to being anywhere the cruise line controls all to include all offerings on their private island. There where a few bright pots with the crew, but they where few and far betwwen.
The dining room ran well, staff was extra courteous, foo0d was average or below, but did not stop the staff from presenting it, the best they could
walls and bed vibrated from the engines, music was heard from many places till the wee hours, thermostat had no control of temp. felt like a tiny closet. the room was well maintained by staff
