My husband and I are both in our 30's. We love to travel! At the Christmas holidays, we always take a trip. This was our first time taking a Christmas cruise, and we had a blast! We plan to make it a tradition.

Getting There:

Since air travel can be iffy, we prefer to arrive at least one day before our ship sets sail. For this trip, we arrived two days before our cruise, and it was a lucky thing we did. Our flight was cancelled due to technical issues. We were rebooked on a new flight, which included a layover in Jacksonville. Instead of reaching Miami by lunchtime, we did not arrive until the late afternoon. We were thankful we had budgeted the extra time. Read more
