This was a family cruise planned for my husband and I, my parents, children and their friends and spouses. 11 people in all with 5 rooms. Upon reaching our cabin there was a slight but apparent smell of sewage. This smell carried down the hall and throughout most floors on the ship including the ninth floor which houses the "cafeteria". This smell stayed for the entire trip. I noticed they tried to spray some sort of deodorizer throughout the ship. But to no avail, the smell came back. Our entire cruise the ship had a "shutter" to it. While eating, sleeping, sitting...etc. As laying in bed I could see the ceiling tiles vibrating. We were unofficially told that the engines were not working as they should. Aside from a constant annoyance it was just par for the course until the captain blamed our 1 hour delay back into baltimore on winds..... There were no winds!!. You do not have control over the ac fan in your stateroom. It is always on.Aside from a sub-par Cruise Director, the entertainment was ok. Gary from Scotland was AWESOME!!
Embarkation was quite unacceptable. We were later told that there was a make shift gang plank since they had hit it on the previous disembarkation. So we needed to walk quite a ways in and out of tunnels, waiting for traffic to pass before we could continue on to the route to the ship.
Ports and excursions were as expected. We had booked the SNOOBA, where you use a fan propelled device to snorkel. It was fun even though they did not have enough for everyone.
Smelled of sewage. Average accommodations. AC fan was too loud and you could not control the fan.ALWAYS ON!!!
gangway was ripped from port.
