i have been on a few cruises before Disney cruise, but i did not expect the ease that would come with it. Pre-check in gave me a time for me to check in to the port. the line was long but not insane. the most i waited in line was about 30 to 45 mins. then as soon i got on the ship it was nothing but great time and amazing customer service. every one was knowledgeable about everything when it came to the simplest or most complex of questions. then there is the key to the world card. this allows you to make purchases of drinks and gifts in the gifts shop and also acts as your room key. all is required is a simple touch and your in the room. then the food was another story. every thing was well prepared and so good. the buffets had some thing different every day and there was always and empty table. i never had to wait for a table, it was as if there room for every one to sit even thought you can tell it was crowded. i new that Disney had a standard but if every cruise was like this then i will diffidently come again.
