This was my first cruise and will probably be my last. The Carnvial Ecstasy is so outdated...I felt like I was in a time machine back to 1991. We sprung for the larger room which I highly recommend, as it will be the only place to regain your sanity while being trapped at see. The food was ok but not many options. I think I had enough hamburgers and nachos to last me a life time. The bar staff is nice and attentive but the rest of the staff from embarkation to debarkation was hating life for sure. Although I don't really blame them. If I had to work on that ship every day, I would be hating life too. There is really NOTHING to do on this ship worth doing. My sister went to a class that showed her how to fold a towel to look like a dog, if that tells you anything. Also, the pool is so small, which is probably my biggest complaint. It was at maximum capacity at all times. If you are looking for a super cheap getaway, this cruise might be for you....but remember you get what you pay for.

Clean, spacious. The only thing worth it.

Port Reviews

Rude staff. Not enough signs showing you where to go. Not very well organized.
