Sail Date: Aug 2016
Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

This was our 18 cruises and our 12th with RCCL/Celebrity. Our last 8 or so cruises have been on Celebrity so we were anxious to see the difference with RCCL.. We choose the Adventure for the interlay, we love the southern caribbean. My wife and I are both professionals and cruise to be alone and relax. We typically don't go to too many shows and do our own excursions when we are in port.

The Ship:

The ship is in excellent shape for the years of service. Any report of rust and or shabbiness are great exaggerated. All the public areas are beautiful and they are alway cleaning and fixing things. No issues here.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

This was by far the most cabin we have had in 18 cruises. The cabin is very dated and is in dire need of new carpet, cabinets and fixtures. That by itself wouldn't have caused us an issue. The Superior balcony was a waist of money. The hull encloses around the balcony and obscures your view and usefulness. There is no way this could be rated as a superior balcony. The other balconies have way more space and usefulness. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this room unless it is really on sale.
