It seemed a good offer when it appeared on the computer. Very pleased with how we were treated when bookng but then failed to speak to same person when we needed more information so contacted local Thomson store who were very helpful . The size of the cabin left a lot to be desired -see below. The staff on the cruise were very pleasant and helpful and the service was excellent in the dining rooms. The food on all decks was also excellent although one day we failed to have tea or water with our breakfast on the top deck as there were no cups or glasses available. After that we had breakfast in the restaurant each morning although tea was not hot like upstairs. The entertainment was very similar and noisy and didn't appeal to the elderly on the cruise. The cabin staff were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate our wishes . The cabin was cleaned thoroughly each day and left exceptionally tidy and linen changed regularly. .

Cabin Review

Cabin outside

Very disappointed as we had paid for an upgrade but when we arrived and our cases were delivered (2 cases and 1 hand luggage) there was hardly any room for us to stand up in the cabin. The bed was against the wall which caused problems. Had asked for a clear view - this was very restricted as there were the ends of lifeboats on both sides. Also there was no fridge in the cabin so water was always luke warm to drink.
