We chose ncl because of the ports of call and length of stay at each port. We had travelled to the Caribbean previously with holland America and had a wonderful time but this cruise was disappointing. Not enough staff to service the boat; no areas for adults to sit quietly; children dominated the adult pool area; no where to sit by the pool after 10am unless you reserved a pool chair. Lack of waiters around pool. Restaurant service was fine after one incident of rudeness by staff members. Be aware they charge for everything especially water, it even cost money to play pool. Wi fi super expensive. Wouldn't cruise with them again! I must say that after complaining I think we were marked as, unhappy with service so far so things improved.
