The cruise was chosen because I have sailed Royal Caribbean more than 4 times before, and I have received exceptional service.

Out of a total of 10+ cruises with many different cruise lines, I have nothing good to say about my experience aboard the Liberty of the Seas. I am very disappointed.

The food was not "cruise special", as there was an abundance of hamburgers and hot dogs. The Windjammer, where I have previously gone to find a late-night light meal, closed at 9pm. At 9 pm I was having my dinner in the main dining room! The meals in the main dining room were not special, the only special meals were the ones you could add-on for a price. What happened to the menu on this ship? The only good thing was the service at the main dining room, second to none. Unfortunately, the meals were not.

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

The cabin was OK. The suite is of course bigger than a regular balcony room. Disappointing was that the service person never introduced himself and I must have seen it 2 times in a week.
