Chose Cruise for British Isles Itinerary. Outstanding way to see the UK. Ship old and tired. Staff were not overly friendly and front desk was terrible customer service. Pools were not heated and cold all except two days. Entertainment was very good, especially BRAVO and Violinist Viruoso outstanding! Laundry rooms - crowded, washers and dryers half were out of service and broken at all times. Main Dining Room (Anytime Dining) was extremely slow with limited menu. Services very slow - took two hours every time. The Lido Deck Seafood (King Neptune Beffet) on formal night was outstanding!. Breakfast very limited...ship did not keep enough service lines open to accommodate high volume passengers at buffet during dinner. Passengers used Lido deck dining rooms as places to hang out, especially on Sea Days. Cabin steward very good. Rooms small but OK. Pillows great. International Cafe crowded but very good. Not enough places to sit and quietly read, relax...etc.

Overall good value due to outstanding itinerary around British Isles... Did Princess travel air/ground to/from airport to docks and stayed at Grange Tower Bridge Hotel post cruise. very good...expensive but location very good.
