The whole Escape Cruise was a total disappointment! The main disappointment points:
Guest services and Shore excursions Staff are NOT friendly, most of them with very poor English language skills.
SPA had non-working equipment (example: steam room was not working for 5 straight days out of 7 cruise days), I paid for Thermal Suite in advance, but nobody at the SPA even offered to issue a credit for non-working equipment. And it was so pricy. At our last day of the cruise someone used my ship access card to charge for the SPA services totaling $300.00. At the time of these fraudulent charges, my access card was in the possession of the SPA front desk staff.

Family Mini-Suite with Balcony
Even though they call it Mini-Suite, still too small and uncomfortable and was not cleaned properly at the embarkation and during the cruise.
