We saw sea otters, whales, sea lions, whales, dolphins, and a shooting star in addition to the Hubbard glacier up close and personal...calving and booming from the ship, not from a shore excursion! What a show! The food and the staff were world class. Shore excursions were pricey but definitely worth it. We preferred the smaller ship, but don't have any experience with a larger vessel for comparison. I must say, these folks know how to throw a cruise!! By way of example: our travel agent told us to be patient and not expect our luggage for several hours - it beat us to our stateroom; our room was right by the stairs and elevators to one of the major dining rooms and the theater and right above the theater rest rooms - didn't hear a sound except the shushing of the sea. NCL staff were helpful, thorough, professional, and friendly. We're definitely going on another cruise soon.

Plenty of storage, plenty of space, plenty of privacy. I wonder if I could put that small a 3-piece bathroom with that much efficiency in my home...they have IKEA beat hands down.
