Wonderful British Isles Cruise.

Sailed out of Amsterdam on a two week cruise of the British Isles. The Silhouette is big, but not too big. Easy to navigate. Our OV cabin was extreme forward overlooking the bow. Huge window, wider cabin, an extra 8x8 space created by angled window, the size of a suite cabin. We loved it. Only negative was the long walk to the dining rooms, but we welcomed the exercise. Even though a lot of dining options, we ate in the main dining room and the Ocean View cafe. Food was awesome and never had to wait with the select (anytime) dining time. Service in all dining venues was impeccable.

Entertainment was hit and miss. We saw a great Beatles show, a great comedian Wayne Cotter and enjoyed soloists Claire Finklesteijn and Laura Broad. Read more
