This cruise was just average. Many kids running around the ship unattended. Felt like we were at a school with no supervision for the kids. Contacted Guest Relations and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Bathroom toilet kept getting clogged when we weren't in the room. The whole system needs to be replaced. Certain places on the ship show it's age, even after refurbishment. Guest Relations Desk day time staff (especially the desk manager) were very rude and had generic answers to any complaint we had. They didn't seem to listen or care. Dining room food was good, but not great. Our dinning room servers were the best part of the ship. We had booked another cruise the first few days on the ship, but by the end we had canceled it due to all of the bad experiences on board. It will take a while before we sail on a Royal Caribbean ship again.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

Cabin attendant was great. Bed was very hard. Being next to The Centrum, music was playing past midnight, every night. With ports of call at 7 am, this meant 6 hours or less of sleep per night. While booking through the cruise line, never told that you could hear music from The Centrum in the room. Some nights it sounded like the band was right outside the door. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay in this room.
