Sorry in advance for the long review...a bit about us first - we are a family of 4 with 2 children, age 6 and 9.  Our oldest son is a brain tumor survivor who is in a wheelchair with multiple cognitive and physical disabilities.  We spend lots of time in our room on vacations so we splurge on nicer cabins with more floorspace - our son appreciates the difference. We left Denver on Saturday morning and headed to Florida via American Airlines.  Pretty uneventful transfer to the hotel that RCL arranged.  Notably, because we did our airline tickets through RCL, they put us up in the Sheraton and handled our transfers - we would not have been able to travel on the day of departure and arrive safely otherwise, so this was a nice bonus savings.

A note about booking RCL air supplement - in our case, we paid the $75 custom air fee so we could arrange direct/non-stop flights.  We got confirmation from our TA that the flights we requested were set but when we got our travel documents, they had changed one of our flights without letting us know.  In the end, it was not a big issue as they credited back our custom air fee, which I thought was reasonable.

On Sunday morning we went downstairs to get our transfer to the ship - which we expected to go smoothly, given our first transfer from Miami Airport to the hotel...not so lucky!  The team in the lobby were overwhelmed and helped to get every single person in the hotel transferred before us - thanks to our needing a wheelchair accessible transfer.  Eventually, a cab driver in the hotel felt sorry for us and said "come on - I will take you" and did...this was the start of many kind gestures and moments on our trip!

Cabin Review

Cabin RFS

Great view, huge balcony, long walk if you forget something, quiet cabin, not alot of drawer space but an abundance of closet space.
