We were a group of 5 adults. Arrived 5 days prior to cruise and flew into Anchorage.Stayed @ Towne Suites. Just right for our group. Had pizza at Moose's Tooth--excellent. Rented a car and spent two days in the Denali area staying at Denali Mountain Morning Hostel. We had private cabins along Carlos Creek. It was beautiful. Returned to Seward and spent two days there staying at Havenwood. Took Major Marine's 7.5 hr tour with all-u-can eat prime rib and salmon that was perfect. Saw many wildlife and whales.

Since we embarked prior to the train passengers, it was very quick and easy. Disembarkment was also easy. We walked off with our luggage and took the Canada Line subway to the Vancouver airport for $5.50/senior rate.

The ship was easy to get around, staff very friendly and helpful and food/waiters/sommelier in main dining room were very good. Ate one night in Tuscan Grille and were disappointed with the selections.
