Overall, a very good cruise on Oceania Regatta. We had a penthouse suite whitch was considerabley more comfortable than the concierage suite that we normally take. The entire staff was wonderful.

The excursions were better than we anticiipated. We wanted to see wild life, and took the expensive tours. It was a great choice as we saw many whales, sea otters, eagles, and bears. Seeing the bears catching salmon was a highlight. We even went fishing one day, and caught a haliubut. It's easy to criticize and find fault, but Oceania did a good job, and I strongly recommend this cruise for others.

Food is typical of Oceania, and is quite good, with the specialty restaurants as good as fine restaurants anywhere. Polo for meat, and Toscana for Italian menus, with truly exceptional staffs are a treat. Late in the cruise locally caught wild salmon and halibut appeared on all the menus, and were excellent.
