My daughter, 23, and I had the best cruise on The Empress of Seas! I read a bunch of the reviews before we left and I have to tell you the are just not true!! The ship was awesome, our stateroom perfect and all our encounters with crew members were outstanding. Never had to wait for a drink at the pool, the dining room staff was so wonderful... we really can't say enough nice things! We did not do any shore excursions, but did shop in the ports of call, Grand Cayman and Key West. However we did come back to the ship after a couple of hours and practically have the pool and staff to ourselves! Best afternoons ever! We had great entertainment and the Cruise entertainment staff were totally engaged - loved the 80's Night party... the music and dancing were so fun! The Empress of the Sea may be small but has a ton of heart! Loved every minute!
