We had a group of 18 family members including 11 first timers. It was a little hectic getting 5 cabins together but we were all on the same deck with an elevator between the two groups it worked out well as the elevator became our meeting place. This was my 5th sailing on the Triumph and it was the best one yet, I am looking forward to going back on the Triumph again soon. The cabins were laid out efficiently so the 2 we had with a group of 5 was comfortable enough just to crash in. The American Table dining was good to excellent. this was our 2nd ship with this option it is different but enjoyable with some new dishes to try. The Maitre D', Ramesh was the best I have ever had I have sailed 23 times and have never had this level of service. He accommodated our large group with the kids at their own table and adults close enough to give them some independence. Ramesh called my cabin with time updates (we were anytime dining) and got us in the dining room with no waiting every night a logistical miracle. We were taking family photos on formal night and he saw us in the lobby and had a 15 minute window before the captain needed our table and he escorted to our seating. He is amazing.

The entire party was entertained every day and night we ranged from age 11 to 73 and there was something for everyone. The magicians awed the kids as well as the adults, the piano bar was a great time, the bands and guitar players were very good I am in the music biz and I was impressed with the level of musicians. The Rome lounge had the main shows every night and they were quite fabulous. The orchestra playing live added to the entertainment value. The service was outstanding, the officer in charge of housekeeping remembered our names and birthdays even without a cheat sheet it was impressive to my nephew turning 13 to have so many staff members wish him happy bday!!! The kids had a ball going down the slide so they talked myself 52 years my bro in law 62 and dad in law 73 to try it out, after sliding 3 times i decided it was fun to be a kid again!!

In Cozumel we went to Margaritaville, where we were welcomed by Marc Anthony with tables waiting by the sea so we could watch the kids snorkel and play on the water toys they have set up it was a great day!!!
