We were a bit disappointed with a few things.

Dining: The food in the regular dining rooms was the lowest quality on any cruise we have been on. Many times came out cold, under cooked, over cooked, etc. The service was good though. We enjoyed many of the specialty food stations in the Buffet area because the food was hot and fresh, but many times it was very crowded and had long wait times (an hour at the Mongolian Wok). We dined at Cucina del Capitano twice and loved it. Food was great and the service was wonderful. We had dinner at the Prime Steakhouse on my birthday and it was excellent. The wait staff were superb and the food was delicious. We highly recommend them.

Cabin: Was clean and a decent size (Standard Balconly room). It was a few days before we even saw our Steward. In the past they always made a point of coming by on the first day and introducing themselves and asking if there was anything special they could do for us. This one never did that and I still don't know his name.

Port Reviews

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

Took a ride through the Jungle to the beach. Stopped at Cigar factory. Had a nice Buffet lunch and time to swim, snorkel, etc.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Live here

San Juan

Stayed on ship. Had spent a lot of time here in the past so decided not to go a shore.
