Rather mediocre quality food and entertainment for the most part. Food was overly sauced and fancy but the end result was "strange tasting food" that reflected the Filipino and Indonesian influences of the chef. Maybe 2 -3 nights of decent entertainment acts unfortunately.
The ship is very old and in a bad state of repair. I understand it is being sold to another country, good luck! Loud repairs were virtually a daily occurrence sometimes as early as 6:00 AM! I don't know about you but when I go on a cruise I want to sleeop a bit later than that.
Nothing special at all. Crew still does not understand basic American English regardless of how the cruise line says different. Some helpful staff but Front Desk Personeel were notorious for giving you half-answers about things and many times just acted difficult when the hotel operations fell short.
Okay but nothing special. Noise traveled easily through the cabin. HVAC comfort was inconsistent from day to day. Oftentimes room got very warm and Mechanical Department had to come out 5 times to fix the A/C and 3 times to repair the toilet clogs and leaks.
If you stay at a hotel near the Airport in Seattle, avoid The Sleep Inn Sea Tac at all costs. We received awful service from the front desk. They evidently didn't care about their guests or were just so incompetent that they didn't know how to provide good Customer Service. All this for excessive prices of over $150 per night!
