Empress of the Seas

Service staff was way above my expectations. Our dining staff and his assistant were amazing and went way beyond what I expected. Our stateroom staff was also exceptional. They were very attentive and helped out with all of our service needs. I also really appreciated the shows in the Royal Theatre. The ventriloquist's show was particularly entertaining. The activities in the Bolero lounge were also entertaining and more fun than anticipated. Overall, it was an amazing trip.
