The buffet in the waterfront restaurant was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food in terms of quality of produce, freshness, choice, taste, consistancy and hygiene was the worst not only in a cruise ship but in any eating establishment or restaurent I have ever eaten in. Most problems seem to aise from poor produce selection, inappropriate storage of food, inappropriate and inconsistant cooking processes, inappropriate menu selection.
The dinning room was almost as bad with similar issues as above. The food was served consistantly cold, There were significant variations in table service varying from proficient to no or poor understading of dining service and protocol.
During pasenger changeover rooms especially bathrooms were not cleaned appropriately
