Traveled with children

We chose this cruise for some time with our grandchildren and children. The grandkids spent time at the pool, rock climbing wall and playing shuffleboard. We dined at Chops specialty restaurant and the buffet as well as the dining room. We noticed the lack of service in the buffet. You now have to get your own drinks and refills. Tables were not cleared quickly due to not enough staff. The stateroom was either freezing cold or warm and humid. Called for assistance twice. In the dining room we had to wait to receive our food orders due to not enough staff. Food that should have been hot was not. The size of the rooms was smaller than on other Royal Caribbean ships we've been on. Enjoyed the casino but the non-smoking signs were ignored and not enforced. There are not many shops on this ship. Merchandise is very limited. The age of the ship shows.

Junior Suite

Either too cold or too hot. Not a large stateroom at all. It was old and it felt old.
