Truly amazed how a company with such beautiful vessels in their fleet can completely forget the important part of their future-CUSTOMER SERVICE! The service on this cruise was by far the worst I've ever encountered in 14 of my prior cruises. All throughout I though they would over deliver especially with the exorbitant prices they charge and I must say from day 1 the level of service received left a lot to be desired. Highly recommend Upper management and entire crew staff attend Disney institute so they can understand how to treat customers on vacation. The vessel is absolutely gorgeous, but the level of service does not match it! Shows are great the food was not as good as promised. To have breakfast at Windjammer ( Buffet) would take approximately 1/2 hour to be seated. Although, I would cruise again because of the beauty of the ship and everything it has to offer, the level of service makes me think twice.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D5

Cabin was extremely small. The walkway between the main bed and the walls is extremely small.
