Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

I have never been so disappointed on a cruise. I choose this cruise because of the itinerary because it had 3 nights in St. Petersburg, Russia. The ship is well worn. It really needs to be refurbished. It was the smallest balcony cabin I have ever seen. The beds were like sleeping on a rock, because there are no box springs, the bed sits on a metal platform. Every couple of days, the water, in the bathroom, ran yellow.. I was advised that this was because they were switching tanks in the engine room?????

When we boarded, the floors in the Windjammer cafe were dirty, as well at the table bases. The trim is falling of the chairs and they are worn on the back. Tables also scratched.

The couches in the Schooner bar are very hard and the some of the other chairs are weirdly shaped and not very comfortable. One of the pool tables floated around when you were using it... You need to have someone hold the table from moving when you want to make a shop.

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

Smallest balcony cabin I have ever been in. I have seen many inside cabins that are larger. The beds are like sleeping on a rock as they have metal bases. The water in the bathroom ran yellow every few days.....

I booked excursions in St. Petersburg with an outside vendor.
