Sail Date: Jul 2016
Cabin: Balcony

We chose the Coral Princess southbound as we wanted to be in Banff on a certain date. Booking was easy and our travel agent told them we were celebrating our silver anniversary and special birthdays.

Having read the previous reviews we were somewhat anxious that the cabins would be sub-standard, there would be long queues and the facilities would tired and needing repair. What we found was the complete opposite.

Our cabin door was decorated with congratulation posters and balloons and our cabin was kept spotless by Christopher. We had a balcony room which we retreated to every night to watch the scenery pass by, to read a book or to get ready for our evening meal. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room itself was more than adequate for the week. People have complained about the shower being a bit of a tight fit, it is a corner unit but we are not 'small people' and we managed just fine, in fact it was one of the best showers during our 3 week trip.

Great views, comfortable bed. Enough room for everything. Room service was great for our evening cup of tea, but we didn't use it for anything else.
