Embarkation was a nightmare due to maintenance on the AC on-board the ship. Royal Caribbean made up for it with a credit to our account. Food was ok. Not much changed in the Main Dining room options except for maybe one different entree per day. Not enough to hold my attention. Food in the Windjammer was barely warm. Nothing was hot. Service was outstanding. Royal does a great job of selecting people to represent their company but their choice in food selections and preparation leaves a lot to be desired. Coco Cay was outstanding. I had feared that it was going to rain that day but it turned out to be beautiful with a breeze. Key west was beautiful as well. The ventriloquist, Ronn Lucas, was very funny. Our room attendant, Omar, was exceptional. He provided ice in a bucket for us without even asking on our final night. It was like he was reading our minds. I know some people say the casino is stingy but we came out ahead on the last night.

Cabin Review

Cabin interior stateroom

Cabin was located under the royal theater. If you plan on relaxing in your room from 7pm to 11pm don't count on it. While not an issue for me some might not like the constant thumping and stomping coming from your ceiling. The room was very clean and well maintained. Not sure why the toilet would not work for the first few hours when we arrived on ship and the day of disembarkation. Every once in a while you could easily hear the people next door in there room.

Port Reviews

Key West

Beautiful but very humid.
