10 Family & Friends cruised July 29,2016. Norwegian Cruise Line prioritized our Gluten Free passenger's needs far greater than the other 2 lines we have previously cruised. NCL's culinary teams "raving hospitality" was unmatched! The Dining Staff (Albert and Joseph) were highly attentive throughout the week. The level of entertainment was less "polished" than our previous NCL cruise in 2012. Bar service was quick and the Cruise Director and his "Ginger" wing man were very entertaining! New lounge furniture and chaises at the pool are a nice addition for socializing. Nine of us had the Spa package and it was worth the money. The cruise was fantastic but here are two other experiences- passengers using worn underwear to save their pool chaise lounges in the morning is "gross" and NCL has "in writing" a 30 minute unattended pool chair policy but it is not enforced :( FANTASTIC CRUISE!
