Our first cruise.Family of 4.Getting on the ship was smooth and hassle free..First empressions were pretty good clean and well presented. Our cabin was small but cosy and clean. Our bags arrived on time. The ship was quite impressive. The staff we met were incredibly helpful .anything we asked was answered and dealt with fully.

Windjammer food was not to bad and food in the main dining area (Saphire) was really good.infact most things we experienced on the ship was really not too bad but the real problem was the shear amount of people on the ship.simply too many.there were too many kids (even though we were with ours) .the whole ship was just too packed.the main pool areas were terrible messy, no chance ever of getting a deck chair.jam packed with crazed children pumped up on crazy pills. My children are a lot more sensible and were shocked at the behaviour of some children..some parents were letting there kids go crazy throught the ship.it all became too much at times.the childrens clubs seemed ok but were not really able to cope(not the fault of the staff who were great). There were quieter parts of the ships which we were forced to go to at times.

The evening shows were mostly great. The service from the staff was good.Embarking and disembarking was not a problem.
