We chose this cruise as a change to typical beach resort vacations, since our daughters are 10 and 13. We figured they would enjoy visiting new places where we would not ordinarily go.

Photos- very important. I didn't purchase the online $300 CD photo package, since we thought we would use our iPhones. But on the 2nd day of the trip, the photo place was offering unlimited prints for $269 ($30 off the 299 price for prints only). Since the 8x10 photos cost $30 each, i thought this was a good deal. We took advantage of all the casual and formal photography sessions, as well as each port dis-embarkation photo. This package also included any photos taken aboard in the Gatsby or fine dining, or even on the pool deck (our daughters took 1 together). The port of call photos are 5x7's.

By the end of the trip we had 92 8x10 photos printed on photo quality paper. Except for 2 of them, they all came out beautifully ( and i am very self critical). i don't remember how much the 5x7's cost, but we got those included in the package as well (20 more). We saved $2760-269= $2491 just on the 8x10's! Figure $15 each for the 5x7's, and that is another $300 savings. So each picture wound up costing us ~$2.40

Cabin Q

we had an interior room, i would suggest turning on a light when you get up in the morning, so people can adjust, or else you just keep sleeping! Everything was clean. Steward was very nice.
