needed a cruise in the Med that didnt leave on a Sat. Managed to get a decent fare for 5 of us . We had cabin 10036 and the three boys (23,18 and 13) had mini suite 10096. Found deck 10 convenient. Never used the elevators to get to entertainment levels (5,6&7) and pool deck 15. Cabins were absolutely fine. Have travelled on Royal Car three times before and these were very comfortable. Great to have balconies. Spent time chilling out there reading after a hectic day.

Meals- we only had Kosher and fish so can't write about speciality restaurants but enjoyed the Manhattan for evening meals. Because we told them wewere going to be eating every evening around 7.30, they kept the same table for us with excellent sea view. Service was great.

We did our own excursions to Lucca , Ischia and San Mariella. For 5 of us, saved a fortune
