My daughter along with two of my grandchildren (age 11 and 16) recently returned from a cruise on the Anthem. Although my daughter is a Diamond member, it was my grandchildren's first cruise and it was an excellent introduction for them. There were so many activities! They loved the bumper cars and my grandson loved the basketball and won a first place ribbon (along with the team.) On the last sea day we all went up in the "North Star" which was thrilling and gave us a 360 degree view of the ship and the surrounding ocean. I thought the entire crew we came in contact with was very nice and were dedicated employees. Additionally, my grandson still talks about the four desserts he was given at dinner by our waiter, Dennis and his assistant. They gave us personalized service and catered to our dietary preferences. If there is one criticism, I would say that the nightly entertainment was not up to the caliber of the "Allure" which featured a former Broadway show when I was on it..This cruise is certainly one my grandchildren will never forget!

My husband and I normally cruise on Princess but because of this experience I have already booked two more voyages on Royal Caribbean!
