We choose RC and this cruise based on destination option, Bermuda, and proximity to our home. The ship is large, over 4,000 people and it feels like it. Navigating the outdoor pool area is very challenging and it's mainly populated by young children or teen agers. It's very crowded and using the outdoor bars can be a real challenge. There is only one outdoor pool area, the pool is small and for some reason the cruise line placed the smoking area right next to this pool area. It is very unpleasant.

Navigating the web site and the dining options is overly complicated. There are several standard restaurants that can be used but all showed as 'booked' but while eating in the restaurant it was half empty. Finally, the outdoor pool was very dirty, all kinds of materials in the pool, hair, cups, etc.. On the positive side the overall quality of the food was slightly above average, navigating the ship is very easy and the staff was helpful and friendly during the majority of our interactions. The port city of Bermuda was nice and two days there felt just right.

Our cabin size was fine, the room was kept very clean and the majority of common areas were also clean and the casino is well sized and all the tables play fairly and the staff is friendly and courteous. We would fly RC again, and would have rated a 4 if not for the pool issues, smoking and difficultly with dining. Also not an ideal ship for adult cups may be better for families.
