First time cruise family consisting of parents and two teens. We wanted to see places we had never seen before so for us it was more about the destinations than the boat. We did the Adriatic Explorer and Hellenic Classic cruises. I have created a detailed account of the destinations we visited on my blog that you can visit:https://wordpress.com/stats/insights/ecothriftadvisor.wordpress.com

The boat itself was perfectly adequate for our needs. The only negatives for us were that the pools are tiny and it can be problematic getting a sunbed after lunch as people seem to claim them with towels and books.

The positives were the staff are fantastic, we found the boat clean and the food in the Orion restaurant was excellent. We had an inside cabin sleeping 4 with bunk beds so this was quite a squeeze for a family with teens and I would recommend 2 cabins rather than 1. The entertainment was very good and all members of the team worked really hard with lots of quizzes and shows.

Cabin Review

We had an inside cabin for 4 people. Consists of 2 bunk beds. Was small and was a struggle to hang up and store our clothes for 14 days. There is only 1 plug so we took a European adaptor and an extension lead which was really useful to charge our 4 phones each day. Cabin was very clean. On first day the duvet cover on one bed had marks on it (it had been washed but marks had not come out). The steward quickly replaced it and we had no further issues for the 2 weeks.
