We are well 'crystallized' but found this cruise below expectations. Embarkation was well organized although no one especially greets or escorts you once you step on board. Our cabin was well maintained and serviced although our stewardess never introduced herself and we never exchanged a word with her. Odd ! Many of the crew were service oriented but they seemed less related than previously. Despite this being a 14 day cruise there was little to no effort to learn names.
