As most people do, I think, my wife and I somewhat rely on the reviews of the experiences people have had with topics like these. From the beginning of our researching we legitimately noticed a consensus of reviews about the Hawaiian Cruise, Pride of America. Let me first say that my wife and I wanted to take our last cruise vacation for some time due to us being pregnant with twins that are due this December. That being said, we choose Hawaii to vacation instead of the Caribbean due to Zika.

Straight to my point of why this particular cruise line and cruise ship was THE WORST ever of 10 cruises that my wife and I have taken and why we will NEVER cruise with Norwegian again:

1. The customer service was absolutely horribly. Most all of the people that worked there that I came in contact with seemed not to really want to work there to serve the guest but treated it like a job they didn't really care about.
