I have been on the Pride several times. It is a beautiful ship and the crew works very hard to maintain it. The embarkation and disembarkation were very smooth. I actually prefer the revised embarkation/disembarkation location over the previous one that was damaged. The cruise director, Schwartz, was absolutely great. He was quite engaging and was visible a great deal of the time.

This time, my dining experience in the MDR was a little different. I never had an issue in the past, but this time, the customer service was different depending on where we sat. Twice, (the first night and last night), we were seated in the same section. The wait time was really long and the wait staff just did not seem to be that friendly. All other times, the experience with dinner was great.

Casino: The folks behind the cage were great. The Main Casino Manager was not friendly at all. She would look at you and turn her head without speaking even though she would see you day after day. Several folks in the casino mentioned that.

Baltimore

The Baltimore Port is great

Freeport

I wish Freeport could be removed from the itinerary.
