Avoid the shore excursions and internet package. Overpriced and the excursions were badly organised. They simply brush complaints off and do not care. The cruise itself was fine - the buffet is horrible and some of the staff especially the hostesses in the restaurants rude and surly. There are no really quiet areas except the library which is tiny. The entertainment ranges from excellent to amateur. The cabin was clean, The Asian Restaurant excllent. he shopping and casno not worth a visit. he art Galler is a rip-off - beware - ou can bu he peices far cheaper on e-BaY!!! NCL took 2 months to answere my compalint. his was a rude email that adressed none of my points properly. They spoiled things with their sheer lack of custome care. If this is their attitude then I should not wish to sail with them again. I am dissapointed in NCL
